Two of a kind
Decidedly different, yet equal in caliber—our courses are a study in exquisite contrasts.
In late 2018, the historic Ocean Course emerged from a full-scale renovation by renowned golf course architect Rees Jones. Inspiring players of all levels, the course offers an extraordinary golf experience that honors its heritage and seaside location with contemporary playability.
With the opening of the renovated course, we unveiled a newly redesigned state-of-the-art, indoor-outdoor learning center, perched on the driving range. Our professional instructors, innovative video equipment, ground force sensors and launch monitors allow us to capture and analyze your swing on multiple levels. Two outfitted indoor-outdoor hitting bays along with a customized putting studio provide premier analysis for full swing, short game and club fitting.
Beyond your swing, a variety of practice facilities provide a wide array of short game scenarios. Our Short Game facility provides two greens, bunker and space to practice an array of wedge shots. A third practice green and additional pitching green flank the driving range for convenient practice or warm up prior to play.

The Breakers Rees Jones Course
A mere 10 miles from the Ocean Course sits The Breakers Rees Jones® Course—picturesque grounds designed in a classic style, complete with a comprehensive teaching academy. After an extensive renovation by renowned golf architect Rees Jones, the course reopened in December 2022.
Arrive at the course’s indoor-outdoor learning center, set on an expansive, double-sided driving range, and discover how technology can improve your game: two 480-square-foot hitting bays equipped with digital cameras and swing analysis software allow us to capture a detailed, 360 view of your swing.
“I have been privileged to work with several great teaching professionals over the past 45 years. I met John Webster just five years ago and have learned more to understand my golf swing under his instruction than in the prior forty years combined. One size does not fit all with John—he works with each student based on his/her abilities. Better understanding swing mechanics has also helped me focus on appropriate physical training to strengthen my golf swing.”

“Just like tour professionals, you need a trusted advisor to fit you for the best equipment to improve. John Webster is a skilled fitter and communicator focused on helping you lower your scores. He is so good that he trains Titleist partner fitters all over the world to develop and hone their fitting skills.”

Director of Club Fitting, Titleist
“John Webster has been instructing my daughters for the last six years. Their individual games have improved in all facets–enhancing their strengths while also addressing their weaknesses. John’s approach is focused on the fundamentals and his instruction and guidance has helped my daughters to understand their swings, while also teaching them how to make their own adjustments based on feel and ball flight. John and his entire team at the Academy are great instructors of the game and more importantly, great people.”

“I have taken golf lessons all my life. I’ve also had a chance to take them all over the world through my travels. I have never enjoyed working with a teacher more than John Webster. John always finds imaginative ways to convey where I am going wrong and how to make it right. I always come away from an hour with John with some aspect of my game a little bit better than when I started. I wouldn’t make a trip to Florida now without stopping in for a tune-up!”
