Kiersten Van Norden

Assistant Instructor
With JWGA since 2022

Born and raised in Michigan, Kiersten graduated from Methodist University as a Class A PGA Professional in December 2022. Throughout her collegiate career she also played for the Women’s Golf Team and volunteered as a Lead Coach for The First Tee of Sandhills.

During the summer, Kiersten is a Teaching Assistant at the Country Club of Detroit and works under Adam Farabaugh who was awarded Golf Digest’s Best Young Teacher in America and named Golf Digest’s 6th ranked instructor in the state of Michigan.

At the Country Club of Detroit, Kiersten spearheaded the Summer Junior Golf Program, coached practices and tournaments for PGA Junior League and directed four weekly clinics for both women and juniors. Kiersten also provided individual private golf instruction to members of all ages.
