Dan McLellan

Before joining The Breakers, Dan attended Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, where he played under the renowned coach Dave Adamonis. He is a second-generation PGA Professional, with his father having served as a past president of the South Florida PGA and being a member of the South Florida PGA Hall of Fame.

Since 2013, Dan has been the Head Golf Coach at Palm Beach Day Academy, leading the team to eight undefeated seasons. In 2017, Dan received the Southeast South Florida Youth Player Development Award and has been honored three times as the Sun Sentinel Coach of the Year.

Dan serves as the Boys Co-Head Golf Coach for Oxbridge Academy, leading the team to its first State Championship in 2024. Dan also earned the Palm Beach Post Coach of the Year Award in 2024 and was recognized by the Palm Beach County Hall of Fame as Coach of the Year across all sports.
